A snap shot of the summer

It has been a long time since I have written ... in a nutshell this was my summer.

Buying lemonade at farmer's markets ...

Writing names in the sand with an exchange student from Japan that was staying with me niece.

Picking up seashells along the sandbars.

Visiting the Statue of Liberty.
Had never actually been, only gone by many times on the Staten Island Ferry.

Crazy orange sunset as seen through the bottom of my iced tea glass.

loved the swirl in this cloud.

... and Wrigley towering over me in the car.

Walking across the causeway, the clouds reminded me of sequins.

in NYC for Fashions Night Out... Just about to go in to see a screening of the documentary Dressed.

a dress I designed for my lovely friend Shelley

IFB Dress up Soiree, the event that kick off fashion week for me.
It was a lot if fun with so many great people.

Nolcha Fashion Week Events were held there.

In Soho at The Green Shows fashion shows

Back in my car bringing cosmos to the studio.

On an 18 mile training walk.
Sat. Oct 3, this Sat. as a matter of fact,
I will be walking for breast cancer with the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation.
I am lucky that for most of my training I can see the water and smell the salt air.

all photos except for the one of Mo & I were taken with my iphone. They might not be the best, but it always captures my memories.
